Q: How long should I expect my online order to take to be dispatched?

Natural Health aims to dispatch all orders within three working days however it can sometimes be between 5-7 working days depending on the stock.Click Shipping to view detail.

Q: I can not login to my account-How do I reset my password?

  • Please click on the person icon and click on Forgot your passwords? 
  • simply type your email address and click the SUBMIT button.
  • Once you have clicked the SUBMIT button, you should see a success message, instructing you to find our password reset email in your inbox.
  • Now please check you inbox and click the reset your password button.
  • You will be redirected back to Natural Health website.Type your new password and click the submit button.
  • Once you have been successful you will see a message telling you that your password has been changed. Hurry- time to shop!

Q: What types of payments can I use?

Payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Accelerated checkouts:Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal

When you choose Shop Pay, you can use a different payment method, we accept bank transfer as well. 

Q: Can I arrange a return?

Yes,if your goods do not reach you in perfect condition please contact us immediately to arrange the most convenient way to return the goods for an exchange or refund. Please keep the packaging with the goods if possible.

You may also return unopened goods to us within 7 days provided they are in an original, re-saleable condition. Click Return Policy to view detail.
