Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise. |

Add 30g (approx.1 level scoop) to 350mL of water. Shake or blend until mixed and serve. May also be added to other beverage or foods to increase protein content. For a low carb drink, mix with water. |

For international orders, we offer a Tracked Courier delivery service through NZ Post. To track your order, simply enter your order’s tracking number on the NZ Post Tracking Tool. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier.
